Who I am

Hi, I’m Jordana — a Miami-based yoga instructor originally from New York.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over five years, and what started as a personal outlet has grown into a deep passion for movement, mindfulness, and connection. Yoga has always been more than just a physical practice for me — it’s a way to ground, reset, and come back to myself, and that’s something I aim to share in every class I teach.

I am a certified 200-hour yoga instructor, and I hold a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, which has shaped the way I understand people, energy, and connection. Before stepping fully into the wellness space, I worked in mental healthcare, supporting large teams and focusing on creating positive, human-centered environments. That foundation continues to influence my approach to teaching — intentional, supportive, and deeply attuned to each individual.

I’ve had the opportunity to teach in both studio and hospitality settings, including leading sessions in hotel environments here in Miami. I’m comfortable working with individuals, couples, and groups, and I love creating experiences that feel both grounding and uplifting.

Outside of yoga, I’m also the co-founder of a music and media company, and creativity plays a big role in my life — whether that’s through music, art, or movement.

My classes are designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel more at home in your body. I guide students to tune into themselves through both restorative and more energizing flows, always adapting to what feels best for you in the moment. Each class is created to meet you where you are
